Change or Forgotten Password

If you forget your password, contact your site's Writi administrator to reset it.
Otherwise, you can change your Writi password at any time.
Passwords must be 8–15 characters, have at least one letter and one number, cannot contain triplet characters (such as “aaa”), and cannot start or end with a number.
To change your WRITI password from your mobile device:
- From the More option, choose Change Password.
- Enter your current password and click OK.
- Enter a new password and click OK.
- Confirm your new password and click OK.
To change your WRITI password from web:
- Go to My Account in the top right
- Select Change Password
- On the login screen, enter your username, and press Tab to enter your password.
The password is now changed in the system.
