User Preferences

Any user preferences are saved locally to your hardware device. If you using another device within the LTC home, you will have to update your preferences.

Setting Preferences on your mobile device:

  1. Once logged in, located on the bottom toolbar on the right, select More (circle with 3 dots)
  2. Select Preferences
  3. Preferences can be set for Digital Form Type, Drug Search and default Home Area
  4. Users can also select the duration of Inactivity Timeout (i.e. when Writi will automatically log out after a specified duration of inactivity)

Setting Preferences from your web browser:

  1. Log into rx.writi.ca
  2. Click on the profile picture in the top right and select My Account
  3. On the web preferences you can only set Inactivity Timeout
