Auditing Prescriptions

All prescription related activities performed on a prescription are captured in the audit log. This is useful for audit purposes and to prevent unused administration.

You can view:

Who performed an action on a specific to-do or prescription, such as who obtained consent, who did undo on consent?

The date on which the prescription was created, edited or cancelled.

All users can view the audit log of prescription.
