Procedure (Tablet)

  1. Log into Writi Application
  2. Navigate to Virtual Visit on the bottom bar
  3. Select Upcoming
  4. Search for the Resident which you want to cancel the Virtual Visit
  5. Select Cancel Request
  6. Select Reason, there are 4 preset reasons or you can select other and type in another reason
  7. Select Confirm once completed to Archive the Virtual Visit
