Procedure (Phone/Tablet)

  1. To finish the call Click the End Call button
  2. Once the call the ended; the physician has a few follow up questions to complete the Virtual Visit
  3. Primary Reason - There are already 5 Preset reasons or you can select Other and type in another reason
  4. Virtual Visit Billing Code - There are 2 preset billing codes or you can select Other and Type in another billing code
  5. Outcome - there are 4 preset outcomes or you can select Other and type in the outcome
  6. ADD RX - if the user has forgotten to write the order during the call; there is an option to add the RX after the call
  7. Once all required fields are completed select Submit
  8. Now you will see that Virtual Visit has now move from UPCOMING TO ARCHIVED
