Procedure (Phone/Tablet)

  1. Once the call has started there are a few options for both the Nursing end as well as the Prescribers' end
  2. The Microphone icon is the Mute button
  3. The Camera Icon turns off the Video feed
  4. The Arrow icons flips the camera between front and back camera
  5. The "i" icon shows all the information pertaining to the Virtual Visit
  6. The RX button allows the prescriber to create an order using the COE form
  7. Add Note allows users to create notes which will flow in to the residents Progress notes via Integration between Writi and eMAR platform used at the home
  8.
