Starting a Virtual Visit

Virtual Visits can be started by either Nurse or the Physician/NP

Procedure (Phone/Tablet)

  1. Log into Writi Application
  2. Navigate to Virtual Visit on the bottom bar
  3. Select Upcoming
  4. Search for the Resident which you want to start the Virtual Visit
  5. Tap on the Start Virtual Visit icon
  6. The call will ring on the other users device, once the other party has accepted the call the Virtual Visit will start
