How to add notes to prescription which transmits to Pharmacy automatically?

Procedure (Tablet - FTT)

  1. Click on New Prescription
  2. Write the Prescription
  3. Click on Add Note on the bottom bar
  4. Write the note using the on-screen keyboard and click SAVE one completed
  5. Click on SAVE to transmit to pharmacy in real-time
  6. Please ensure that the successfully transmitted order appears in the Digital Binder with after saving

Procedure (Tablet - COE)

  1. Click on New Prescription
  2. Click on Computerized Order Entry on the bottom bar
  3. Confirm the SWITCH TO COE
  4. Complete the COE Prescription
  5. Click SAVE to review
  6. Select the Physician providing the Verbal Order
  7. Click on Add Note on the bottom bar
  8. Write the note using the on-screen keyboard and click SAVE one finished
  9. Click on SAVE to transmit to pharmacy in real-time
  10. Please ensure that the successfully transmitted order appears in the Digital Binder with after saving
