How to add notes for internal use at LTC Home?

Procedure (Tablet)

  1. Navigate to the Resident Profile
  2. Go to the Digital Binder
  3. Find the Prescription which you would like to add a Note for
  4. Click on the Prescription
  5. Under the Prescription Image, there is an option to ADD NOTE
  6. Add the note using the on-screen keyboard
  7. Click on SAVE once the note has been completed
