- Log into Writi Application
- Click on TO-DO
- Navigate to Nurse Prep 1 under Physician Medication Review
- Ensure your filters are set for your Home Area
- Under PMR Pending select the first PMR
- Once opened you will see the PMR for the specific resident which you had selected
- You will see the Resident Name at the top
- If you click on the resident name you will see 3 options: Resident Profile, Care Clause & Notes
- Below you will see the Medication which the resident is on as well as directions and the LU Code
- Beside the medication to the right; there are 2 options: Edit and Acknowledge
- Edit is for the purpose that the medication is not correct in Writi as it is showing in the eMAR; you are able to edit the medication, directions and any other information pertaining to the medication
- Acknowledge is for confirming the medication is correct on Writi as well as the eMAR
- At the bottom of the screen there is an option for PMR History; this will show all previous PMR history of that resident
- To the left is a Bell icon; this is the Notifications reminder. The Notifications are for when the PMR is sent to the home via Writi and the nurse starts the Nurse Prep 1. All new medications between the time the PMR is sent and the PMR is being worked on will be shown in the notifications area as well as shown in the PMR itself
- Under the medication you have an option to add a NOTE. **It is recommended in the case of there is an error on any medication; that you create a note with an explanation and then the physician can make the edit on their Medication Review TO-DO
- At the very bottom of the screen is a Progress Bar; once the progress bar is at 100% you can SAVE which will then flow into the Physician Review.

- Scroll down to Nurse Prep 1 under Physician Medication Review
- On the left you will see the Residents PMR
- In the middle you will see the Resident Demographics & Care Clause
- On the right you will see the list of all the medications any resident is on; along with the Directions and LU Code
- Beside the medication to the right; there are 2 options Edit and Acknowledge
- Edit is for the purpose that the medication is not correct in Writi as it is showing in the eMAR; you are able to edit the medication, directions and any other information pertaining to the medication
- Acknowledge is for confirming the medication is correct on Writi as well as the eMAR
- At the bottom bar; there are a few options such as: Rx Orders, Pending To-Do's, PMR Order Notes & Add Notes
- Rx Orders shows all orders which have been entered into Writi for that specific resident
- Pending To-Do's are all to-do's which have not yet completed including PMR To-Do's
- PMR Order Notes are the general notes which are added to the overall PMR; the added notes can be viewed by the Notes indicator to the right
